Job Requirements – Sales Officer (Heavy Equipment Parts)

1. Required Experience & Technical Knowledge

●

Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales of spare parts for heavy-duty machinery (Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Generators, etc.)
●

Ability to identify parts using diagrams, serial numbers, or equipment model references
●

Familiar with key systems and components: engine, transmission, undercarriage, hydraulic, cooling, and electrical systems

2. Sales Skills & Business Acumen

●

Proven track record in B2B industrial sales or automotive equipment parts sales
●

Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and part inquiries
●

Skilled in negotiation, pricing, and relationship management
●

Strong understanding of logistics, order processing, and delivery coordination

3. Communication & Customer Handling

●

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Swahili
●

Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their technical needs, and offer the right solutions
●

Confident in cold calling, client follow-ups, and technical support discussions

4. Soft Skills & Personal Traits

●

Highly organized and detail-oriented
●

Results-driven and target-oriented
●

Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
●

Strong teamwork spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

5. Technology & Tools

●

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email communication

Job Requirements – Digital Marketing, Content & Social Media Manager

1. Core Skills & Responsibilities

●

Proven experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
●

Ability to plan, create, and post engaging content (images, reels, captions, stories) tailored to industrial and B2B audiences
●

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning, lead generation, and customer acquisition
●

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools

2. Marketing & Branding Expertise

●

Excellent understanding of brand voice and ability to represent a professional industrial business (heavy equipment & spare parts) in a clear, engaging, and creative way
●

Ability to write clear, compelling copy for posts, blogs, emails, and ads
●

Able to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, inquiries, and engagement
Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and keyword trends for visibility and reach

3. Content Creation & Design

●

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or other design tools
●

Able to shoot/edit product videos, reels, or motion graphics (basic level)
●

Experience in writing product descriptions, brochures, and blog content tailored to the mining and heavy equipment industry

4. Analytics & Tools

●

Competency in using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights
●

Ability to track and report on post performance, engagement, reach, and conversions
●

Experience managing small ad budgets and improving ROI

Job Requirements – Accountant

1. Key Responsibilities

●

Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company
●

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
●

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including credit sales follow-ups and reconciliations
●

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and company expenditures
●

Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations (TRA, NSSF, PAYE, SDL, etc.)
●

Supervise inventory accounting and costing of parts, tools, and machinery
●

Lead monthly closing processes, bank reconciliations, and stock reviews
●

Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance

2. Professional Qualifications

●

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
●

At least 3 years of accounting experience.
●

Experience working in trading, automotive, or industrial equipment sector is highly preferred

3.Technical Skills

●

Proficient in accounting software
●

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling)
●

Familiarity with inventory and cost control principles
●

Sound understanding of Tanzanian tax laws, statutory returns, and reporting standards (IFRS)

4. Leadership & Soft Skills

●

Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities
●

High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
●

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and solve problems effectively
●

Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal
